No that isn't a stupid question and yes it can also affect your hands as well. I only posted about legs and feet as they are the only extremeties that I have problems with. I am being treated with some very strong painkillers from my doctor who is very good. If it affects your hand to the extent you find it hard to carry out normal daily living then you really should see your doctor about some painkillers. I am on Tramadol as they are morphine based painkillers but then they have alot of work to do! I also have arthritis. Emm..
