Enzymes : Re: another perfect week of blood sugars!
I’m a type 1 for 21 years. I have seen 30’s on several different meters
over the years. You will not always break into a sweat or these types of
reactions. I have seen breaking into a sweat at 80 blood sugar.(rarely)
Robert’s numbers are attainable. The first 10 years of my diabetes I was
low like him. I did see 200’s on occasion, 300’s as well, a rare 400, and
even a couple 500’s over 21 years. Obviously these numbers are extremes,
but come from eating things which are out of the ballpark, or neglecting to
take insulin on a rare occasion. Also for testing post eating rather than
always prior only twice per day.
What happened to the gist of this list: Curing Diabetes?
If you want a conventional list on how to manage diabetes using novolog and
lantus, there are plenty of places for this. This site was meant to be for
people interested in curing their own diabetes using the gamut of approaches
that exist beyond the same old crap that has been used for the last 100
years.
The enzyme reaction makes sense to me because the only cures that I can find
for Type 1 diabetes are people who eat diets that are primarily raw, leaving
enzymes intack, as heat destoys enzymes. Over time a rare few of these
folks have cured their diabetes.
Has anyone had similar reactions with enzymes or other things: herbs, yoga,
acupuncture, dietary modifications, etc. Looking for people with major
shifts.
Thanks,

Dear Brock,
The enzyme idea sounds fascinating.
My own approach is homeopathy - but it is being geared to ALL of my
situation of which insulin dependent diabetes is/was but a minor aspect,
compared to the need to overcome carcinoid tumours and their production
of cortisol and aldosterone (and formerly insulin as well).
With homeopathy, whatever went wrong last, comes right first.
So I can report that PROVIDED I am careful with diet, I no longer am
insulin dependent, and that I no longer have insulin producing tumours.
I can eat 2 or three muffins or slices of bread or equivalent carbs at a
meal now. Formerly that would have sent me into serious ketosis.
So for me the homeopathy is working wonderfully, but taking much time
due to the background of cortisol in which my system has to work
(currently 202 units of cortisol where there should be 10)
I can report 100% success in cats so far (as a veterinary homeopath)
with insulin-dependent diabetes, using an individually matched
(=repertorized) remedy. (Feline diabetes is a weird diabetes in which
the pancreas is destroyed by amyloid bodies making them insulin dependent.)

Good of you to [point us back to that
