Diabetic foot, drug-resistant intractable ulcers, can be reversed
and healed with ozone therapy. See the video Ozone and the

Usually given as limb bagging, which is simply ozone gas in a bag
with the limb in it, ozone can also be given intra-arterially,
and I have research with photos that show miraculous improvement,
complete healing of what should have been amputation cases in
just a few weeks. The intraarterial injections also eroded the
plaque and improved leg circulation in addition to clearing the
infection.
Ozone limb bagging can be done at home; smaller ulcers can be
cured also at home with topical ozonated olive oil.
Ozone reduces the neuralgia as well.
I’d stay away from a strict vegetarian diet; undenatured whey is
unikely alkalizing so it increases oxygen transport in the body
and it with selenium reduces the oxidative stress that causes
most diabetic complications. This has been well studied.
