Thanks Rachel,

The cold sore cleared up a week or more ago but I started getting
hoarse voice after that which is now clearing up too. So yep I think I
was fighting something.

ANd mine is just clear bubbles - and they pop immediately upon hitting
the water - or start too anyway. I am beginning to think they are
totally normal!

I am wondering if my candida isn't trying to flare up. I did the spit
on the glass test and although mine doesn't sink linke it use too. It
does kinda stat to sag and hand there. My joints have been hurting
some and minor itching here and there - both which totally cleared up
when I did the yeast cleanse several months ago.

Thanks Rachel! You know I never paid attention to when. I know they
are much less when I am flushing with water. Matter of fact my kids
and husband have about the same amount.

I do have enzymes but I just started taking them regularly. I know
for a fact that I have trouble with digestion.

I am wondering if I am fighting an infection. I had a cold sore
about two weeks ago, about a week ago my voice started going and is
now horse. And while I don't have a terrible burning or anything I
am "aware" of urinary area - if that makes sense. Like an underlying
thing.

These look just like plain little bubbles. I guess they look more
white some times LOL. I had some ketone strips and did that - was
<!--more-->
spilling a small amount but I am also burning fat, I know from the
lemon flush & low carb thing over the past weekend. I was spilling
none last week - and I have lost about 4-5 pounds this past week. I
had a nurse tell me also ketones were not a good determinator for
anythign serious if everything else was order - so many thigns can
skew it.

SO I am thinking infection. I hope the candida isn't coming back!!

Hi Belinda,

Welcome, and congrats on the weight loss!
I am always amazed when I hear of naturopaths outside Canada who can
do medical lab tests. Wish we had that here....

I have had bubbles and protein in my urine decades and no one seems
to know why. And in fact, my kidneys are regaining function in spite
of that!

What I have found out (and I may be wrong here) is white bubbles
generally do mean protein in the urine - but it does not necessarily
mean your protein or that you have kidney problems. It just means
protein is coming out.

<!--more-->
A urinary tract infection or candida in the urinary tract can cause
bubbles in the urine as the protein from the bacterium is excreted.
Also, undigested dietary protein will also cause bubbles. Then you
need to find out why you are not properly digesting protein.

You said there were hints of an infection at the time of the first
test, so perhaps your body is still fighting with that. Do you
notice the bubbles after any particular foods or a protein meal?
Take any digestive enzymes?
