		<description>Hi Linda; niacin will help to reduce blood pressure, and improve
clotting, triglycerides and other lipid parameters. There is
niacin in the following foods; eggs and milk contain it but in
some instances supplementation in addition to food produces
results.

fish: tuna, salmon

Fruits and vegetables:
