I would like some feedback about body cleansing. How others do it and
the results. Greg

Rachel, Hi, I just got back from a long walk 8 or 9 miles. I am 55 years old and
have pretty much tried it all. I have been on fruits and veg, sometimes nuts,
for about 5 weeks. I have lost about 20 lbs. I like bee pollen, apple cidar
vinegar, blackstrap mol, and green food supplements. I take a multi-min called
alive. My problem is sticking with it. At my age I don’t know how many more
chances I have to get well. I want to cleanse everything I can. Write back. Greg
Nice to meet ya.
You go right for the big stuff, don’t ya! lol
There is a lot of info on diet, supplements and cleansing, so where would you
like to start? lol You are definitley on the right track, but I don’t think
there is a simple do it all approach that works for everyone that anyone here
can recommend for you. You have to find out which variations of each work for
you. Some people need high carb, some low carb, some high protein, some low
protein, then add in any allergies/intollerances, other health
issues……..Luckily there are great books out and many great web sites on
this.
So where are you now with your research and health issues? What kind of diet do
you follow now, do you take any supplements or other meds? Is there any
particular part of your body you feel needs cleansing?
take care,
Rachel

Hi Greg,
Would you tell me a little more about the black strap molasses? It is
of interest to me because I have been thinking of taking it for anemia.
Thanks,
Mistee
Rachel, I have heard of chapparel, but not taheebo. I think you asked about
blackstrap mol. It has a high mineral content, especially potasium. People also
use it as a poltuce to emove warts, and internal growths. I strayed from my diet
recently. I think that ttwo or three days a month I am going to allow myself
some room for comfort foods. Take care and God bless you. Greg
Hi Greg,
I know about the problems sticking with anything also. I can’t even give a
coherent list of any supplements I take, since I change so frequently. lol
Have you tried any of the healing/cleansing teas such as chapparel or taheebo?
Both are very powerful, used by Natives in North and South America respectively
for cures for various disorders - antifunal, antibacterial, antiviral, and
containing many vitamins/minerals.
Some theories propose that the ’cause’ of our physical toxicity is the backlog
of emotional toxicity from a lifetime of unresolved traumas. I found this true
for me - any kind of cleansing I do always brings up old deep emotional stuff.
Once that releases, the physical changes, and I feel so much lighter.
Rachel
