Haggis!
Somebody asked if I eat haggis.
Yes!! Made well, it is delicious. Like meatloaf, everybody has his or
her own favorite, maybe secret, recipe for making it. Some are great,
and a few are just awful.
It has oatmeal and spices in it, but not enough to make it too high
carb for a diabetic diet.

Haggis IS cooked in the stomach of a sheep, which looks like a
sausage casing that is round. It looks like a small white balloon
inflated. Inside is a meat/oatmeal/spice mix that varies depending
on the cook’s personal taste and recipe….like a meatloaf recipe.
Generally it also includes the organ meat from the sheep. Josie
