		<description>one of my favourite ways is:
Chia Milk
4 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp (soaked) walnuts
2 Tbsp raw tahini
2 Tbsp raw (comb?) honey
5 Cups water
Soak seeds and (soaked) walnuts in 3 cups water overnight.
pour into blender and turn it on medium. add tahini, honey and
optional dash of vanilla, then one more cup water. blend only
until smooth.

other than that i just blend a Tbsp and a half in a pint or so of water
and drink it when it gels. sometimes i flavour it with fresh fruit or fresh
sprouts and gourmand sea salts.
&lt;!--more--&gt;
Dennis
