I’ve been thinking about this water and sunlight guy
,(and thanks for bringing him up), and thinking that
his experience makes total sense . It’s not even
miraculous , it’s science and nature .
Heres what I think .
Water , and sunlight are at the beginning of all
nature and our bodies no less than any other life
forms are connected to that .
The first life forms on earth were formed in the
water as it reacted to sunlight which then produced
oxygen which created algae , or at least some kind of
green primal slime . Chlorophyl was the important
product/byproduct , and guess what? our blood closely
ressembles chlorophyll and can be healed by it , and
thats no accident .(Viz wheat grass diets/ Ann Wigmore

etc, Robert Young etc )
Anyway if you are following me, water and sunlight is
the "starter kit for Life", and it’s also "baby food"
for the developemt of all forms of life.
My "theory"is that Somehow the Indian guy through
food discipline , Ie eliminating dysfunctional foods ,
and starting by giving his body only natural foods for
a while , could create a super efficient plant like
function to his body even tho the human body is many
stages away in development from a plant.
If he eliminatd all waste -of- time clogging foods ,
maybe even his skin could become like greenhouse
glass, letting in light and heat ; and
Hydration(aren’t we 70% water anyway? ) , takes care
of healing ,regeneration and energy . This way
eventually he could only need a little green juice
once in a while to provide protein , enzymes, carbs
sugars etc . Ie he has learned that the body needs
only excatly what it needs to function optimally , and
he had eliminated all the rest .
If marathoners can train and run on only wheat grass
juice , and feel great then it is not such a big step
to a water and sunlight diet. And once you feel
great , you would never want to compromise that
feeling again .
Then the appetite thing becomes really appropriate ,
functional and specific as opposed to being about
satisfying cravings, which may be dysfunctional. Out
of this , it follows that the "right" food thing ,
for this Indian ,becomes the way to right living and
spirituality. It’s all one .

And Here is the spiritual part for me .
Personally Whilst I am making a green juice ,
sometimes I have been aware that I am "In the
presence" of Something both Supremely Powerful and
Loving . Preparing juice and drinking it has given
me also joy and peace - the same joy and peace I feel
while taking a walk in the country ,in the woods ,
working in my vegetable patch , handling organic
vegetables, standing near a waterfall , being on the
beach (which incidentally is also sun and water
therapy ). When we are experiencing nature like this
we are connecting to the Life Force , God. The more we
allow ourselves to be drawn to this force , which is
only instinctual for us , the happier, and more
satisfied , and more peaceful , and more aware we are.

The fact that it is an Indian guy who is doing this ,
ie generally someone from an ancient tradition of
Ayurveda , or something related to it , where nature ,
god and man come into harmony , makes total sense
