Re: FW: [diabetescured] a reason diabetes is an inflammatory disorde

Hi Robert;

Thanks for that; the difference is that Chilton’s book is based on actual
clinical
studies, six of them, it takes into account several contributory factors of food
that other diets do not, and it provides a numeric inflammatory index of each
food with the dietary guidelines. In other words it contains new information,
directly from the researcher, that is either not available anywhere else, or not
available under one cover as a clinically-validated plan.

Hopefully, it won’t contain the common mistakes the other books contain;
he illuminates these in Inflammation Nation too. For example, many inflammatory
diet books books urge people to eat salmon. In the wild they do not contain much
pro-inflammatory, but when farmed, contain 13 times the daily allowance of
pro-inflammatory in a single modestly-sized serving. Similar mistakes actually

increase inflammation far beyond what randomly selecting food would produce.
