Stevia
Has anyone had any experience with this ’sweetner’ and how it affects diabetics?
I am currently using Splenda, which I really like, but am interested in Stevia
as a more natural product.
Thanks In Advance

stevia is all we use. It is wonderful for us although some people do not like
the taste .so it to me is worth atleast a try you may love it like we do .

From what I’ve read, not only is stevia harmless (unlike Splenda), it helps
modulate blood sugar levels.
Other safe, natural low- (or no-)calorie sweeteners available in health-food
stores are xylitol and lo-han.

just want to let you know it is not the while stevia, but the natural green
stevia that may lower blood sugar. ellen
