Re: water fast
Hi,
I am currently reading a book called "The bodies many cries for water". It
basically says that all of everyone’s health problems could be attributed to
dehydration. It talks about how we have lost our ability to know when we are
thirsty because of all the processed foods we’ve injested. It goes along with
the water cure. The Dr. who wrote the book (he has a few out) says that most of
us are dehydrated and water along with sea salt will in fact cure most of us. It
does say it can take several months to become hydrated. To those of you who
have water fasted, I was just wondering if it is the water fast that has helped
you improve or the addition of more water. I have been drinking about a gallon a
day for the last week. My bg is better (that doesn’t mean good) than it has been
so I am going to continue with my drenching.

My doctors have both advised me not to drink more than 6 glasses of water a
day because it dilutes the medications taken orally and they flush out way
before they have finished their job.
I have always drank a lot of water because I am a mouth breather but since I
have cut back my drugs are working better and I do not have to use a rescue
inhaler as much.
