Insulin Resistance
Hi all, I am a little frustrated. As we all know, Insulin Resistance
is the real monkey on our back, and I am trying to impress upon the
people in my community about how ITS the problem, and not obesity! Do
any of you have any really good links showing percentages of americans
with Insulin Resistance, how it affects metabolism, means of
addressing it, etc? You can post here, or even better, post yourself
to give me numbers to back up my arguement! To date, I am
fighting "Step Away From That Twinkie" and "Fat People are Disgusting"
