Donna, psyllium will fill you up and it also produces reliable bowel
constitution. You can add inulin, another indigestable soluble fiber
to that to correct bowel dysbiosis and improve nutrient absorption.
There’s also a pasta out that’s mostly indigestible fiber from konjac
root. That should help fill you up.
Cold-processed whey contains a molecule that gives the satisfaction
message to the brain so you can push away the plate sooner. It’s also
full of glutathione precursors, and glutathione is the main
antioxidant that is often depleted in diabetics, leading to all those
diabetic complications, which are mainly due to chronic oxidative
stress.
