Beta Cell

Someone with type-1 ( IDDM ) diagnosed because beta cell was destroyed.
I’m just currious why the beta cell can’t regeneration / regrow, our hair; nail
even
skin can regeneration naturally.

    answered this question in a seminar by saying:

    If there are any Beta cells left to regenerate, regeneration can be
