One thing that puzzles me. I wonder if anyone on the

can explain it. My morning blood sugars are always
high.
My doctor says it’s because my blood sugar drops
during the
night and my liver kicks in. It begins with "S". I
can’t
remember the name. If some of you knows what the name
is,
please let me know. Thanks.

The two items that can cause this are called:
Dawn Effect and Somogyi Phenomenon
best thing to do is a google search on these and you
can read up on them.
