The most common cause of calcium deficiency is magnesium deficiency;
magnesium governs calcium uptake in the cells.

The next most common is absorption reduction in the bowel due to
vitamin D deficiency or incorrect bowel flora, hence pH is too
alkaline.

Lastly, vanadium deficiency; vanadium activcates vitamin D in the
bowel.

When these are attended to most people respond to calcium carbonate
and do not need coral calcium.

The people who do not respond probably have a cellular imbalance,
i.e. too much sodium and not enough potassium in the cells. This

reduces cell membrane potential and ionic transfer, which if chronic
is a precursor situation to cancer.

    Not necessarily; what we need to do is correct the INTRAcellular pH.
    Supplements do not necessarily do that, although they can correct the
    lymph pH OK.

    It will solve deficiencies IF it was exactly what was required;
    otherwise there’s a good chance that it will simply be transported by
    the bloodstream and dumped off somewhere.

    What we really need is bone regeneration and the correct use of bone
    as a pH buffer. The fact that coral does not build bone in many
    people indicates there’s something wrong with the cellular
    assimilation, not the amount of calcium available.
