this happened?

I am new to this group myself and was hoping to find some smoking
gun that would allow me to regain some sort of normalcy but it seems
that advice is rather thin on the ground.

I have made one post requesting credible information. I received one
offer to which I replied and never heard from that person again!

I am particularly interested in hearing about genuine first hand
personal success stories of other people because I believe that
these hold more credibility than all the glossy brochures in the
world.
