Well, once again I am frustrated at the Media and the Medical Community. Please
allow me to vent…;O(
Another syndicated article came out on the front page of our paper. It pushes
Cinnamon for a Type II solution. Huge misinformation, its Casia Cinnamon thats
helpful, and now there are a lot of diabetics who are running out buying
cinnamon to add to their coffee, and when it doesn’t work (remember the Bran for
lowering cholesterol craze?) it will invalidate alternative medicines for health
solutions.
Why can’t these same news sources teach the population that what causes Type II
diabetes is Insulin Resistance, and if they address this BEFORE peoples
pancreas’ burn out, they can almost ELIMINATE type II diabetes from our society?
I think I will puke next time I see an article that says fat people cause their

Hi Mary,
Diabetes I is a symptom of an immune system gone awry. This can even
result in BOTH autiommune and lax immune responses at the same time,
and it often does that in Lupus.
These are two of the diseases linked to malformed receptor sites.
With what I’ve learned so far I suspect that low antioxidant values,
especially glutathione, may play a role, because immune system
dysfunctions are usually kicked off by toxin load of some sort. Most
toxins or their intermetiate metabolites are in fact free radicals, and

Blood Type O’s should beware of grains (especially nonsprouted wheat & gluten
[rye & oats, though oats are supposed to be great for diabetics]), corn,
cauliflower, kidney & navy beans, white/red potatoes, peanuts, oranges, & dairy
Type A’s should beware of red meat, pork, wheat, banana, oranges, mango,
tomato, & papaya.
Type B’s should beware of pork, chicken, tomato, peanuts, shellfish, corn,
olives, wheat, sunflower & sesame seeds.
I think MOST people are safest off avoiding or minimizing nonsprouted wheat,
gluten, corn, white/red potatoes (particularly if cooked at moderate or high
temperatures), peanuts, oranges, & dairy (unless it’s organic [ideally
grass-fed] AND it’s either raw and/or cultured), pork, nonorganic banana,
oranges, and shellfish. I particularly think nonsprouted WHEAT, CORN, and
white/red POTATOES are problematic for many people w/diabetes.
Hi Mary,
Is this to avoid drinking water and taking minerals? ![]()
I can’t answer the question on diuretic attributes of vitamin C, but I
can say that a program of antioxidants works a lot better than one
antioxidant. Also, the most important and most studied, glutathione,
which is made by precursors selenium and cold-processed whey, is
ratified by many peer-reviewed journals, and without it you would be
sick and worse even if you had the other antioxidants. Can’t
underestimate the role of your natural antioxidants…
I believe a holistic pharmacist recommended the herbal formula pancreastonic.com
for people w/diabetes; it’s supposed to help regrow pancreas cells. I’m sure
there are many similar herbal formulas that also help regrow pancreas cells. I
Mary, a series of liver flushes are an inexpensive way to get rid of a
lot of wastes. The alkalizing minerals you are aware of, and moving the
lymph, most effective with rebounding, can be done to a point with
brushing too. A lemon a day, and other alkalizing foods, will
eventually bring up her saliva readings.
I happen to strongly disagree w/her blanket dismissal and trashing of animal
products,
animal fat, cholesterol, and most vitamin supplements. Also, I strongly dislike
her commercialism and use of fear (and other) tactics to sell her supplements.
Aside from that, I agree w/the vast majority of the content on her website.
Hi Celia,
The rice bran must be stabilized or it keeps only a couple of days. It
shouldn’t need to be refrigerated.
The intolerance to carbs is a good thing. I missed whether it’s just a
glucose problem in your comment but with most people it’s probably gut
dysbiosis, or incorrect bowel fluorish, candida included.
Carbs feed the incorrect bowel organisms, which lift the control that
the correct bowel bacteria had exerted on the candida. If you have ANY
gut problems such as constipation, diarrhea, or can’t tolerate some
foods that you used to handle easily, because of gas, flatulence,
bloating etc, or if edema is cropping up, that’s the direction to look.
Especially with the edema, which may be toxin load in the lymph, i.e.
