on grains is basically wrong--very few people need to eat a lot of

As) in 1 of his latest books. I think it's safest to avoid nonfermented
soy. I think fermented soy (particularly TEMPEH)'s very healthy for
most people, particularly most people w/diabetes.&#34;

Except the dose even for tempeh and miso is only two tablespoons daily,
as higher than that thyroid suppression starts to occur.</description>
