water trick. My husband tested 7.4 too. Healthy guy. I seem to vary
throughout the day, but have yet to test at 7.4!

On another subject, does anyone here follow the &#34;Eat for Your Blood
Type&#34; principles, or have an opinion one way or another on that diet
philosophy? Low Carb is often recommended for diabetics of both
types, which leaves veggies, protein and fat as the staples. But the
diet recommended for the A-blood type is like the Macrobiotic diet -
mostly grain (complex carbs), soy, and veggies... quite low on
protein...How do diabetics balance these two ideas/realities? Any
