Re: pH
Mary, a series of liver flushes are an inexpensive way to get rid of a
lot of wastes. The alkalizing minerals you are aware of, and moving the
lymph, most effective with rebounding, can be done to a point with
brushing too. A lemon a day, and other alkalizing foods, will
eventually bring up her saliva readings.

Note that medicine knows about the pH of blood, but the pH of the urine
and especially the saliva as an indicator of intracellular and
extracellular pH is very important.
If the lymph (extracellular fluid) is acidic, the oxygen passing
through it to get to the cells will be unable to get there. If the
oxygen delivery to cells is reduced to 40% the cell goes fermentative,
meaning it then anaerobically digests sugars rather than ‘burning’ them
aerobically. This situation is natural for a short time in athletes but
chronically it is a precursor requisite for cancer. That is what Otto
Warburg was nominated for, and years later was awarded his first Nobel
Prize for.
