Re: rice bran / carbs / candida

Hi Celia,

The rice bran must be stabilized or it keeps only a couple of days. It
shouldn’t need to be refrigerated.

The intolerance to carbs is a good thing. I missed whether it’s just a
glucose problem in your comment but with most people it’s probably gut
dysbiosis, or incorrect bowel fluorish, candida included.

Carbs feed the incorrect bowel organisms, which lift the control that
the correct bowel bacteria had exerted on the candida. If you have ANY
gut problems such as constipation, diarrhea, or can’t tolerate some
foods that you used to handle easily, because of gas, flatulence,
bloating etc, or if edema is cropping up, that’s the direction to look.
Especially with the edema, which may be toxin load in the lymph, i.e.

leaky gut caused by the gut problems especially candida.

The people kicking their candida problems including carb cravings are
controlling their bowel flora to do it; in other words, just trying to
kill the candida with antifungals isn’t doing the job.
