Carbohydrates increase AGEs and diabetes, reduce life span
Diabetes experts, longevity practitioners and the Life Extension
Foundation have recommended this for years, and finally the American
Diabetes Association has joined them in saying that optimal fasting
glucose levels should be kept below a level that used to be considered
normal.
But we’re going lower yet, for even those normal levels promote the
prediabetic state, accelerate aging and reduce life expectancy. Here is
validation for the Glucose Theory of Aging.

What would those 3.9., 3.77, 4.2, etc numbers translate to in glucometer
readings…. or, in other words, what is the ideal fasting glucometer reading?
70? 80?

The article is Canadian, and like it says in the article, the
conversion number from one scale to the other is .05551
SO 3.9 divided by .05551 is 70.25 on the American scale. This is close
to the ideal fasting number for longevity.
