Re: Cure??2
Kady,
I forgot to post that I use the book "Eat More, Weigh Less" by Dean
Ornish, M.D., which provides menus, but most of all it outlines good
basic dietary guidelines to follow. You maybe interested in checking
that out.
For a more detailed outline of diabetes and citing of studies, you can
go to: dukeandthedoctor.com on the left side of the page there is a
green box for Library/Reference Room, from there you will be able to
look up diabetes. I do not recommend purchasing any supplements from the
site as they are expensive. You can find them cheaper on the internet,
not the same brand but name brands which are just as good.
The reading there for diabetes also indicates that the ADA diet may not
be the best, this is something you will have to determine what you
believe for yourself. I know many people are in love and fully approve
of the ADA, I choose not to in the least bit.
I Am convinced that after reviewing those sources, most anyone will not
need to look any further than their fingertips for that ‘miracle cure’.
Thank you again and I trust this is good input for your goals.
Chat again soon.
