Cure??

Happy New Year!

I just wanted to stop lurking for a bit and contribute and ask questions
and promulgate some discussions etc…. ;-)
First off, I would ask what do we eat? Do many of us, Type 2 and/or
hypoglycemics, understand that eating animal products contribute to
blood sugars being out of kilter more often than not? This means even
items like butter.

How often or have we read the labels on foods to see what is very low in
sugar and salt, even if it means we might have to cook from scratch?

How many of us walk at least 15 minutes a day?

Beyond a good ‘non-grocery’ or ‘drug’ store multiple vitamin take
GTF-Chromium?

How many of us who may be more than 15#’s over weight have made a
commitment to drop it? Knowing that we can drop or eliminate the amount
of insulin or other ‘glycemic’ type of meds by losing weight alone is a
motivational factor alone, for me.

These are a few things which will go a long way to help each of us
individually to become healthier! Through this basic program then we can
go on to further individualize what we eat and how we live better. If we
wish to ignore these things then the results are not pretty. There are a
few places on the net I can point you to, if interested, which will
provide great input on how to ‘better’ self-manage our health. Vast
majority of the information is free!

A commitment we must make to and for ourselves and not through the
doctors (allopathic). We must begin to believe, once again, that while
each of our ‘bodies and paths to good health’ are unique, there are a
few commonalities to reach that goal.

May Peace be with you this coming year.

With much care and thought…

Samuel
