Egads……can’t you kids STOP THE INSANITY????

I have been on this and other lists for a year now…(guess when I was
diagnosed..;O) and I get a LOT out of almost all of the contributions. I
discard the stuff I choose not to follow, and I further research those that I
choose to believe. I do try to eat more whole grains to replace the gross
simple carbs, and I cannot tell you how enlightening the information on
antioxidants and how free radicals effect how our bodies cells regenerate. This
is the cause of our Insulin Resistance and if there is going to be a cure, its
in that direction. Everybodies contribution about diabetes is worthwhile

The posts I get NOTHING out of are those of people poking at each other for no
reason. They have no place here. Jewell, please try to not respond to every
slight you percieve, its emotinally toxic to everybody. Duncan, your value
lies in who you DO help, not in those who choose to not listen- Its not worth

responding to negativity. Ann, I left another list (diabetes secured II)
because you were backstabbing Jewell, and now you are doing this to Duncan.
When are you actually going to post something worthwhile and positive instead of
childish and cliqueish?

Sorry, but this is really annoying (emotionally toxic)

A Grassroot Movement is like a lawn; there is a bigger picture we all like to
see…. but underneath there are many small roots. Each root has an influence
on the entire picture. We too can have an effect, we just need to figure out
the efficient way to do it.
