Hello Group and taking a chance to let my feelings known.. I do NOT
endorse or support Universal Health Care and the reason is, that the
types of doctors I use are not covered under 99% of current insurance
policies and under UHC I would be forced to pay for others care and I
cannot use the system OR I would be forced to use the system of which I
do not belive in.

Please tell me how this would be remedied for thousands who do not use
‘traditional’ medicine men? I have major medical just in case I Am in an
accident or found uncouncious…. that costs me about $900 year with
$5,000 deductible.

Yet, my main concern is being forced to use the traditional route when I
specifically do not choose to or having to pay for it too.

I will switch my Chromiun Picolate to GTF Chromium.
My insurance Co. does offer good deals on using alternative
medications.
I started with the suggestion of Cassia Cinnamon,
and got 4 different hits. Surprised that it was an oil..aromatherapy.
That is OK, but would someone tell me how to use it.
I have never used an aromatherapy before.

I am low carbing, and exercising to get my insulin down.
I am off my 75/25 insulin.
I have my N down to 20U in the am, 15U in the pm.
It was 50U a day.
My goal is to get off as much as I can.
I want to try alternatives to help.
I take 4 Metforim a day, which seem to help me more

On an aside, do you think its possable to lure Duncan
back?? I joined the other list, but I think with all
the archives and such, its just premature for him to
leave. I followed him here from another list where
the same thing happened. Kinda sucks but he is a
little flighty.

Duncan, if you are quitting the group, where are you gonna be? I’m sick, and I
have decided to stop living in Egypt—’deNile’ is not where I want to live
anymore. I’ve been just starting to read and hardly can grasp stuff (DH had
open heart surgery one montha go, and I’m in stress dealing w/hime nd the grand
kids I’m raising).
Since I’m being purelyu selfish, please tell me if you are on other groups???
My mom lived DECADES LONGER than ANY doctor said she would — Why? BECAUSE, she
literally dumped her bag of prescriptions and went w/alternative things -
suppliments, some minor doctor stuff, accupuncture, diet changes, lode fashioned
cures…I have seen it done. She did stuff to my dying dad (cancer) that gave
him longer QUALITY life. Please let me know.
