Re: Question to Pam
Hi Pam,
In researching how to eliminate your candida, did you find any
information that a very low carb diet will eliminate candida just as well as any
other
type of treatment? In other words, it has to have sugar to thrive and
depriving it of sugar elminates it. I’m thinking I’ve heard that, just
wondering if
you have.
Thanks,
Kady

Yes Kady, for sure. I got rid of it pretty fast with a low-carb, no
yeast diet plus regular anti-fungals 3xdaily. I switched anti-fungals
every 4 days between 3 different natural ones - Formula SF722, Olive
Leaf Extract and Candibactin. I tried Citricide and Oregano oil but
they were too harsh for my stomach even put into capsules.
I don’t think the no-sugar diet would have eliminated it so fast
without the anti-fungals. I got them from a guy at
discountcandidaoutlet.com (or something like that) He gives free
advice by phone on Thurs morning. Nice guy.
On the candida forum it was scary, people have had it for years. I
must have caught mine early.
Good luck,
Pam
