Simple put, if you eat high carb foods, "grains, rice
corn" it will take you twice as long to bring your BSL
down, than by not eating them and when your BSL spiked
up…..
ie….
high blood sugar
from high carbs 25 hours
from without carbs (fruits) 12 hours
