Battle Diabetes with Nutrients & Supplements — Part II
GLUTATHIONE
Cold-processed whey isolate and selenium. Produces glutathione which
dramatically protects the body from oxidative stress. According to
research, diabetic complications are reduced in the presence of ample
glutathione. Take a program of antioxidants rather than a couple.
INULIN
Inulin, a long chain indigestible sugar. It feeds and corrects bowel
flora, reducing candida and other nasties, reduces insulin and blood
glucose, reduces VLDL cholesterol, improves mineral absorption, and
reduces bowel cancer risk, in addition to improving bowel production of
vitamin B complex and short-chain faty acids. Also protects the liver
from oxidation.
NITRIC OXIDE
Nitric oxide promoters such as Noni extract may help regulate insulin
secretion by the pancreas, thereby reducing the risk of diabetes. Nitric
oxide improves circulation throughout the body including extremities and
heart, and it’s used in hundreds of reactions.
GROWTH HORMONE
Amino acids (or HGH shots) increase HGH levels. HGH increase reduces fat
and improves muscle mass and tone, and generally repairs the body
including internal organs. Also increases HDL "good" cholesterol,
improves triglyceride readings and improves insulin secretion potential.
COCONUT OIL
Coconut oil reduces triglyceride readings 15% in a single feeding; canola
for example increases it 47%. Long-lived mamals live longer when coconut
rather than canola is in the diet. Coconut oil kills candida and lipid-
enveloped bacteria and virii. It also increases metabolism through
thyroid stimulation; conversely canola and similar oils are thyroid -
suppressing weight gainers. Coconut oil thus reduces weight even though
it’s an oil.
