diabetes anti-complication

Hi Linda;

By the time you see the list you might not call it the simplifier.
Essentially, it’s part of any anti-aging program. Nutrition increases
health and thus extends longevity.

The majority of diabetes complications outlined by research are due to
free radical damage. Even atherosclerosis and vascular insufficiency,
kidney, eye damage and heart disease. In fact the majority of diseases
in general are closely tied to low antioxidant levels, especially
glutathione. The research is on my web site.

A complete antioxidant program, viamin A, 5,000-10,000; E, 400-800; C,
1,500; selenium, 200-800 mcg; cold-processed undenatured whey isolate to
produce glutathione, 30-60 grams daily. Plus additional antioxidants you

can find in your food; you can also take natural superfoods if you wish
such as rice bran extract.

Trace mineral complements. Two time Nobel prizewinner Linus Pauling
pointed out that every disease and every ailment is connected to a
mineral deficiency. In diabetes a glaring mineral deficiency is usually
chromium. And your 20,000 enzymes that do all the work in the body are
made in the body from amino acids and trace metals.

Changing the oils to coconut, butter, lard, and a small amount of olive
oil will reduce atherosclerosis and arterial plaques, which are formed by
oxidized polyunsaturated and unsaturated oils. Coconut, the best of these
oils by a wide margin, reduces triglycerides and does not require
cholesterol transport so reduces cholesterol too. Research is on my web
site.

Become sugar and starch free and use Inulin in the diet. Inulin reduces
VLDL cholesterol significantly, reduces LDL some, and also reduces blood
sugar and insulin levels. Again, this is backed by research, which I’ve
posted on my site.

Reduce overweight and build up muscle tone, artery walls, restore kidney
size and function, restore heart function and generally restore function
to all of the organs by increasing HGH growth hormone. As research points
out, even if the heart or kidney damage or other complications is already
done, it can be reversed to a great extent by increasing the healing
capacity of the individual. Linus Pauling and Matthias Rath released a
"cure for heart disease" which is just a few amino acids plus
antioxidants, based on this research. I have linked to much of the
research on growth hormone treatments that is posted on a friend’s site.

Again I stress vitamins and minerals. Macro-minerals calcium, magnesium,
potassium, and vitamins vitamin D, vitamin B-complex and cod liver oil
come to mind. The minerals attend to low cellular pH and heart function
and allow more oxygen-carrying capability in the extracellular fluids.

Doing a series of liver flushes will help the liver to break down and
remove toxins that are promoting low pH. Also attending to parasites with
the occasional parasite cleanse helps to reduce toxin load. This is
significant because toxin load and free radical load are related. In
other words, many or most toxins are free radicals, or become free
radicals during processing by the liver. The liver is the largest
antioxidant glutathione user, and the kidneys second.

The above with a fairly unprocessed diet will prevent diabetes
complications and can actually reverse the disease. As anti-aging
specialists point out, even the pancreas can recover function by
regrowing islet cells. If it does that, that’s great, but the program at
least reduces insulin requirements, obesity, and complications.

Most of the products can be found online or at health food stores. I
carry only a couple of them that are not available at the store.

If you’re already on cholesterol or blood pressure medication you will
find you don’t need them any more. Wise move; statin drugs for
cholesterol for example reduce coenzyme Q10 by up to 40%, depletion of
this enzyme results in sudden death due to heart attack. Merck
Pharmaceuticals knew this and patented but never implemented the use of
CoQ10 in their statin drugs to reduce the danger - two patents 1989 and
1990. High blood pressure is mainly caused by stress, toxins and mineral
deficiency.

I could mention here that rebounding on the rebounder moves the lymph and
the toxins it contains for disposal, and recudes the risk of cancer,
which is a lager risk in diabetics than in the general population. Cancer
is related to toxin levels.

I have more information you might be interested in; this is the "short
form" of the information.
