Hello All,
My name is Pamela,a just turned 50 vibrant African American woman from
southren New Jersey. As some of you may be aware diabeted runs rampant in
African American communities. I have Type 2 diabetes and am currently taking
2.5mg
of Gluctrol XL daily, and 850 mg of Glucophage 3x a day.My hgaic last month
was 5.1. My blood sugars are well controlled. Back in Nov.2002,my picture was
much more bleaker, more MD was threatening to put me on insulin,my blood sugars
were in the 200 range, and my AIC was looming up toward 8,and I weighed 225 lbs.
I was being threatened with being put in the hospital, and started on IV
antibiotics, because I had developed,a nasty draining abcess on my back that was
made complicated by my uncontrolled diabetes. There was talk of my MD calling

In that first 6 months, I was able to keep my blood sugar down around
105 to 110 or so through diet and exercise, although the slightest bit
of cheating would take my blood sugar up in the mornings to around 130+.
Even though I didn’t cheat that much, by the end of the 6 months I was
always running closer to 115 than 105, so I was seeing a pattern I
wasn’t liking at all. Hence I was very relieved to find Dr. Clark’s work.
I noticed my blood sugar returned to a far more normal range within 2
weeks or so of doing both the zapping and the initial two week parasite
cleansing process Dr. Clark recommends. I also took my readings after
eating and they always stayed under 160 or so, and usually returned

Heya Annie - So you are off meds entirely and just doing the herbs
and zapping, and you are waking up in range….Am I getting this
right? And you say you are able to eat in a ‘normal’ way, when and
what you want…I think it would be good if you told us in detail
what eating ‘normally’ means for you, and the cleanses and steps
you’ve taken to get here. I remember when you were doing the ‘Master
