Hi Dot;

What got my attention is both ailments can be alleviated with cold-processed
whey isolate and selenium. Try to find a sugar-free cold-processed whey isolate.

The diabetes complications are mainly due to low antioxidant levels.

The autoimmune response involves too many Th2 inflammatory helper cells as
opposed to the Th1's. According to the FDA report on my website, one of the
things the whey does is increase the Th1 memory cells to bring the inflammatory
response down in autoimmune disorders.

A a bonus, cold-processed whey isolate is also the best way to reduce free
radical damage, but I'drecommend an antioxidant progam rather than just one. A,
C, E, selenium, and whey may be enough.
<!--more-->

If you add inulin to your diet, insulin and blood sugar levels will drop. VLDL
and LDL cholesterol will too. If you add coconut oil you could see a weight
reduction if that's an issue. Coconut oil also reduces LDL cholesterol and does
not add free radicals to your health regime like other oils do.

The information is on my website.
