Inulin
I have a long study here that shows using Inulin as a nutritional supplement
feeds the correct bowel flora for a lot of health gains.
Importantly enough for this group, it reduces insulin swings, reduces blood
sugar, improves fecal bulking and improves mineral absorption. It also controls
diarrhea and constipation.
The whole process falls in line with the low-carb diet to improve health both
in diabetics and everyone else.

Hi Mary J;
How are you?
I’m posting here because I’ve had a few successes with diabetics,
reducing and in a few cases eliminating insulin, restoring insulin
production in the pancreas, and using the ozone therapy I’ve saved a
couple of legs from amputation.
And I’ve helped a dozen or more lose a lot of weight and lose that status
of pre-diabetic and obese.
You mention cortisol; a stress hormone. Toxin load, and even magnetic
pollution can cause that. Toxins including excess insulin burn out a lot
of things including the immune system, and they also cause
atherosclerosis.
Sleep is important for survival; I’ve got three dozen people less
depressed and anxious and sleeping better. They are getting well again.
Many diabetics also have arthritis. I have seen remarkable results in
arthritis too.
Anyone can contact me for specifics; I might not otherwise post things
about arthritis, fibromyalgia, parasites, bowel health, toxins etc…
unless someone asks what the connection is to diabetes.
Back to the Inulin thread, I’ve decided to get some sacks of it in
because there is no other source, worldwide, for the Inulin with sugar
and FOS taken out of it.
