Sorry about the delay to answer… you know how life just happens
sometimes, in spite of our best intentions! hahha I will look into
finding someone in this area, yes. I did snoop around after reading
your post about what kind of protocol you are using, and yah.. those
machines aren’t really for the faint of heart, or wallet! Does it
tell you the frequencies ahead of time, and identify the substance too?
It sure would be nice to at least identify the frequencies of the toxins
and parasites et. all, and just zap for those, versus having to go
through all the twists and turns of the syncrometer in finding a match
and then figuring out what it is. The procedure apparently requires you
have some of what you are looking for, ahead of time, as a matching

Thanks for the " Long but interesting story"

Kady,
Considering the length of my email, I didn’t find it too long at all,
actually! hehhe
Hope your cleaning lady stands her ground and is able to get that
little fellow the help he needs… And of course, start adding in the
toxins of more normal eating habits even after a lifetime of health
food, and ta-da… parasite paradise. So that the dad’s blood sugar went
through the ceiling isn’t a huge surprise to me either, considering the
stress and the addition of toxins.. Just amazes me how so many of these
things fit right into the parasite/toxin theory parameters.

Re: Hi Ellie

Welcome to the list.. seems like you have things under control using
traditional methodology.. I am glad it works for you! As for Dr.
Clark’s stuff, I heard a lot of bad stuff about chiropractors too, but
have found them, as well as Dr. Clark’s methodology, to be quite
helpful. Of course you are free to pick and choose as you feel, but I
do tend to discuss what works for me and at this time, Dr. Clark’s
protocol is doing the trick.. so feel free to just delete my posts if
you don’t wish any information or my experience using this protocol. Thanks!

Re: Response To Ellie

Hi Ellie, and welcome to the list. What is it exactly that concerns you? I
ate pasta the other night, and my bs went from 114 to 267 in 2 hours and was
190 the next morning. A 108 reading after eating pasta is like a
non-diabetic reading — totally within range. Sounds like you are doing
terrific controlling your diabetes with diet and exercise.

Re: Digest Number 847

Friday, December 10th, 2004

Hello: I am new to this list and that I would introduce myself. I am a
fairly new diabetic who was diagnosed in July of 2002. I am diet and
exercise controlled. However, after not exercising over the winter much at
all, due to icey roads and being in a "diabetic depression/feeling sorry for
myself" my BS has raised. I am back walking at least 30 min. a day, often
close to an hour (1 1/2 to 3 miles) and it makes a big difference in my
glucose level and attitude about life. I have also found that eating
carefully at night–no potato, rice, or pasta–helps with my BS over night.
Last night I had a bit of pasta, and my BS was 108 this morning. It happens
every time. I have read that walking often stimulates your body to make
insulin, but I am not sure that it is happening long-term. Does any one have
suggestions?

I am not interested in Dr. Clark’s system. I have read things about her
(articles on internet) that make me shy away. Thanks in advance. Ellie

Re: : Jewell - re metformin

Jewell, in a recent email you stated that you are using glucophage for a
period of one year to bring down your H score. Would you, and others on this
list who are taking/have taken glucophage, please tell me how long you took
it before you noticed it was bringing your bs under control. My doctor said
to me, ‘it’s a great diet pill.’ Do you find that to be so - has it caused
you to lose weight?

Re: Long but interesting story

Wednesday, December 8th, 2004

A young woman who came to clean my house the other day told me a very
interesting story, just thought I would pass it along. I have a 3 year old
very petite and very active granddaughter, and she has a 3 year old son that
she brought with her to play with my granddaughter while she was cleaning.
Mason is quite overweight, about triple my granddaughter’s size, and she was
telling me her concern about his eating and sleeping habits. My son had told
her that I was diabetic and that’s why she was discussing this with me.
She told me that Mason is constantly hungry and thirsty, and that
recently upon the advice of a friend, she asked his pediatrician to test him
for diabetes. The doctor refused, and said he’d slim up as he got older,
that it wasn’t a problem, that she was the problem, feeding him too much and
too often and the wrong kinds of foods - in other words, it was the mother’s
fault that the child is overweight. She denied this to me with tears in her
eyes, saying that she has never forced him to eat, not now or as a baby, that
he was born demanding lots of food.

Re: Bio-Meridian To Mary

> My e-mail pal Pauline has written a Bio-Meridian program on diabetes

Mary,
Are you using the word program as in a specific way to use the machine,
or do you mean she’s written a paper on the results of using the
bio-meridian? If a paper/article, is it online where we can see it?
Thanks,
Kady

Re: [Fwd: [MSCSW] Alcohol & Diabetes

Saturday, December 4th, 2004

> Awhile back, some body emailed about her diabetic husband drinking.

I stayed confused about alcohol and diabetes for a long time, then gave it up
because I couldn’t understand it. They say alcohol lowers your blood sugar
– which would be a good thing, wouldn’t it? I’m talking about in total
moderation, not for people with a drinking problem. I’ve never been a
drinker, so I experimented with some red wine, but couldn’t tell any
difference at all in my bs. I have read that the reason people over in the
mediterranean (or wheverer it is where they eat a lot of pasta) have no
diabetes and low incidence of heart trouble is due to the alcohol which they
drink with both lunch and dinner … that it counteracts the effects of the
pasta on blood sugar. Anyone agree/disagree?
