Re: Thank for your story, Linda…

Thank you for sharing that, Linda… I can’t see any reason we aren’t
all infested either.
And I can understand not wanting to deal with the idea of whether what
you are eating, handling, or in general encountering in daily life is
reinfesting you or toxicifying you. It sucks. I can’t really live like
that either. Most of the time I just ignore it, and make a bit of an
effort to keep the worms under control via zapping and the de-worming
herbs Dr. Clark recommends and taking out obvious sources of wood
alcohol toxicity, like artificial sweeteners and bottled beverages,
water included (seems the brita type water filter actually provides the
cleanest water anyway, and sure is a lot cheaper.. plus you don’t have
to feel guilty throwing away all that plastic! ) The processed food is
harder as I don’t really like to cook and therefore tend to do easy to
prepare at home meals or eat out lots.. so mostly I do my best to keep
lots of water in me, and manage things from the parasite end. Thus far

it seems well worth the effort for me though. = ) Too, I have read
through Dr. Clark’s list of things that toxicify us and make us more
vulnerable to parasitic infestations in other areas that trigger other
diseases, and kinda avoid them too.. but not any where near as much as
wood alcohol since that seems to be my achilles heel, so to speak.
When I can afford to move to some tropical island in the middle of the
south pacific and get a live-in cook/housecleaner, then I will go ahead
and live as toxin free as possible! hahha I do think as long as we
choose to live in this toxically overloaded society (and I do love the
bennies, for sure, like running water, electricity, computers, etc. so I
doubt I am gonna move anytime soon) the best we can hope for is
management. So unless we are facing a terminal illness, like AIDS or
cancer, I think my admittedly less than complete efforts should do the
trick. Most of what Dr. Clark’s stricter aspects of her protocol are
about are for those who are just that close to dying.. then I think it
would be worth the effort. But not now for me, and by managing the most
obvious aspects, hopefully never! *smile*.
