Yes, t-3 as in thyroid supplement... and I would start getting cramps in
my calf muscles, my hair would start falling out (instead of a few, I
would have a brushful) and my breathing become more difficult..
primarily noticable when I was trying to sustain singing notes. I just
couldn't do more than a short held note.. since I love to sing, that was
the most obnoxious symtom for me. If I leave it go and don't increase
the t-3 abit (half a tablet will do usually) I start getting a chronic
congestion in my throat that has me clearing it every couple minutes.
Basically alot of the typical low thyroid function indicators.

Milk thistle is good for keeping and protecting the liver.. doesn't do
much for cleaning though, and once I got my liver more clean, I did
start using it. = )

yes, most diabetics they say are low in magnesium, and the hair analysis I
had a few months ago did show that I was slightly low. But I was interested
in what the other person said about magnesium and the digestive system, and
can't find that email again, would like to read it again.... because I've
long had problems with digestion and now I supposed it's sort of like a
puzzle fitting together.... low magnesium, bad digestion, worms ! eeww

You are speaking of T-3 as in a thyroid supplement? And just curious,
how do you know when your need for T-3 shoots up? (have I asked this before?
sorry if I have).

> The herbs burdock root, yellowdock root and dandilion root together do
> a great job of liver cleansing..

I thought milk thistle was supposed to be "theee" herb for the liver.
Have you ever used it?

I am guessing anything that makes your body more sugar rich feeds the
worms, so low good stuff, high bad stuff and diabetes is just the cat's
meow for them for sure. Usually what seems the key factor though is
some sort of toxicity, which is way too common in our society
unfortunately. Otherwise they can't live out their full life cycles
inside the human body without the intermediary host.. as in the case of
the sheep pancreatic fluke.. it can now do away with the sheep step
entirely. It seems Dr. Clark is quite convinced that without the
toxcity, the worms wouldn't be so able to wander around the body, and be
more confined to just the digestive system and although damaging there,
not nearly as devastating as worms in other places are.

The herbs burdock root, yellowdock root and dandilion root together do
a great job of liver cleansing.. but not a thing for parasites, as far
as I could see. But if your daughter is so liver impaired that she
<!--more-->
needs t-3, I wouldn't even suggest she overload it further trying to
process out dead or dying parasites at the same time.. hence my
recommendation to do the liver cleanse first.. see if you can get her
need for t-3 down.. once you have, then definitely do a full 2 week
parasite cleanse as recommended by the Clark Protocol. For the moment,
I would say cut back on anything else she can do without and really
focus on that liver cleansing stuff. I pretty much had to stop doing
everything but the liver cleanse herbs and the t-3 for a while there.
Every time I tried to add something, my need for t-3 shot up within 24
hours. So, while I don't know if that could be an indicator for
everyone, it did keep me on track pretty well.

I do recall hearing something like that as well. What Dr. Clark
recommends for those deep bowel things is ozonated olive oil.. it
probaby has very similar qualities, but the typical ozonator runs about
200 dollars online. I have heard you can get them cheaper at a tropical
fish store, but haven't checked that out yet.

I do think if you do a day of 2 caps 2 times a day before of goldenseal and
echinacea purpura before you start the cleanse, and continue them thru the
first 2 or three days of the parasite cleanse, you should be able to head
those
virus and bacteria off at the pass...

Hi Kady...
Doesn't surprise me at all.. And yah it is so gross.. truly! And I am
sure, if that one big one was in there, there are gobs of littler ones.
I am glad though that you got to see, for yourself, that this isn't
something Dr. Clark is just making up. We do have a serious problem with
parasites here, in part because of our medical community's unwillingness
to deal with that for whatever reason. I suspect a lot of the doctors
who really do mean well, are just not going to be able to admit that,
all this time, they have actually been making their patients sicker.
They have a lot invested in hanging on to the belief that they are
helping.. it would be very appalling to really accept the whole
parasite/toxicity issue as a doctor because you would then have to
realize just how much you were, even with good intentions, making things
worse.. killing people even! Seems the guilt would be killer!
Anyway, I would definitely advise you get onto the Clark protocol with
<!--more-->
the black walnut hull/cloves/wormwood mixture along with zapping. The
goldenseal doesn't do a whole lot in the way of parasite killing
actually.. I have used it frequently over the years as a antibacterial,
and still had a serious parasite infestation that doing the full
protocol really helped clear. And yes, doing the herbs alone, or the
zapping alone can leave you vulernable to a bad cold the first time you
do a serious cleanse. But like I said to Mary, I do think if you do a
day of 2 caps 2 times a day before of goldenseal and echinacea purpura
before you start the cleanse, and continue them thru the first 2 or
three days of the parasite cleanse, you should be able to head those
virus and bacteria off at the pass... In fact I might recommend doing
that even with a zapper and the herbs. My first time doing it, I didn't
have the zapper and got a nasty cold which I could fight off with
echincea/goldenseal, but I think if I had started it before hand, it
would have been easier to stop.
