Watercure / Exercise idea

Hello all,

I have followed this forum for quite awhile and appreciate all the
interesting ideas that are generated. I just wanted to post that I have also
ordered some good quality sea salt and am going to try the watercure
approach. To me it sounds like it would be beneficial from two points:
hydration and flushing of toxins and also a good supply of minerals that we
are lacking. The website says that is what makes ‘the cure’, not just the
water. It will take 2 -3 months before we will know if it really changes
anything! I am not taking any medication (have taken some oral in the past)
for high blood sugar. I struggle daily with the carb thing but can keep my
sugars down to an acceptable range if I watch it and exercise. I also have
used parasite cleanses, lemonade cleanse, and psyillium seed husks for
intestinal cleansing. All of them have helped me to a degree. I am currently
doing the intestinal cleanse in preparation for another round with the

lemonade cleanse. It has been almost a year since my last.

    Hi Fiona! I too am trying to get myself to do them (Oxycise tapes).
    Perhaps this will motivate me to start with them again. I will
    certainly post if I have a marked improvement. When I did them in the
    past I did feel very good and they help your flexibility a lot. The
    breathing really does work your whole body. I’ll start if you
