Ohh, Linda.. I did want to mention beefing up your friendly bacterias
too.. I find if mine are low, I am way more suspetible to yeast
overgrowths. Any antibotic does kill all bacteria, good or bad so most
people are kinda low on it if they aren’t aware of that. I use the PB-8
from that same company which has 8 different strains of friendly
bacteria. Good luck with it!

Yes! Acidophilus. You know, I never had yeast infections in spite of
being a bulimic diabetic, ie. out of control. for the first decade or
so that I had diabetes. It was only when I got a kidney infection and
was given antibiotics,- once, twice, three times in a row (infection
came back inbetween rounds) that I found my system overwhelmed with
yeast. The only thing that healed the kidney infections was a
homeopathic remedy someone gave me. That started me studying
homeopathy which has helped me SO MUCH in avoiding complications!
Anyway, I’ve tried a lot of anti yeast programs, but the bottom line
