Hi Mary,

I don't use Medline myself. It is a clearinghouse for medical
abstracts. Energy medicine is how I met Pauline, we belong to a NAET
listserve together. I too am interested in nutritional biochemistry
as my son has autism and he is a biochemical mess.

Pauline sent me the dolphin article too- very neat!

My best,

Fiona

Hi Mary and Linda,
Pauline is my friend too! She has been such a support to me and has
enormous amounts of information on diabetes, all well documented. She
is a regular at Medline. She swears by GNC brand inositol, tablets
not powder. Fairly high doses, based on muscle testing. I tested at
8 tablets daily which equals 4,000 mg. Helps with eating disorders
too. I just started regularly
taking it 2 days ago at this level. Pauline suggested, based on her
daughter's results, that my insulin needs will drop by 25%. I'll let
the group know if that happens.

Wow! - That's GREAT info! Mary, has your daughter tried these
supplements and have they helped? Also, didn't you say, way back,
something about Inositol for type- 1's...? is she still using that? I
tried it and experienced an immediate drop in insulin requirement,
but along with it I got severe bladder cramps that felt like the
mother-of-all-bladder infections...? Maybe the brand I was using was
impure, or it's just not for me. Any recomendations on brand for the
pantethenic acid and pantethine (are these two forms of it or
something?) I have a number of the auto-immune conditions mentioned -

I have taken Panethonic Acid for yeast. Dr. Atkins recommended it to me. It
worked.

Hi Linda...
I have, off and on, had to deal with yeast.. and the diabetes did make
it worse, for sure. I am finding that the Yeast Defense product from
Nutrition now seems to be quite helpful. I also have heard oil of
oregeno and tea tree oil are helpful, but thus far, the Yeast Defense
seems to be sufficent for me.

I found the first time I did a major parasite cleanse (didn't have a
zapper at that point), I caught a really bad cold.. after that, if I zap
regularly and do the herbal cleanse, I don't get sick at all. From what
I understand, it is the parasites dying that release virus and bacteria
that cause that, versus the toxins. They just set the stage. Which is
why she recommends that 7 min-21 min cycle three times.. to kill the
released virus and bacteria.

> How much of a problem has "die-off" been for you? I've heard that
zapping
> makes you very sick for a few days as the toxins leave your body.

Hi Kady! I didn't have a problem with die off with zapping. I DID
have terrible trouble with die-off when I treated myself for systemic
yeast, though. Whew! Nasty! I still struggle with yeast, I guess
because I am such a friendly sugar-enriched vessel for it and I love
to bake bread. Nowadays I use a bread machine, donning rubber gloves
when it's time to add the yeast. Seems to work, mostly. Zapping
didn't do much for the yeast, I don't think. Grapefruit seed extract
is somewhat effective especially in concert with the pharmaceutical,
diflucan...Not that you asked about yeast!
Do other people on this list have success stories about keeping
yeast at bay?
<!--more-->
Say- I'm sorry to have offended some of you by suggesting a
separate list. I was trying to find a solution to the endless
conflict that goes on. Really! Maybe we could all just share our
