Hi Kady.. actually, I do a day of parasite herbs.. the blackwalnut
hull/wormwood/cloves mixture. That I consider a parasite cleanse.. and
then zap every other day. And sure.. I would be happy to discuss what my
experience has been with zapping in private emails. *smile*

Annie, how often did you do the zapping (you call it a cleanse) when you
first got the zapper, and how often do you do it now? And would you be
willing to talk to me about the zapping in private email?
Thanks,
Kady

yipes.. how could I be shorting your lifespan??? I may be shortening
mine, true.. but then I have had that whole "exercise is so good for
you" line crammed down my throat for the many years I was in the
military. So I am past sick of being told that it is so important. I
can still get out and jog a couple miles, even if I don't do it every
day! I doubt I am that far out of shape. So, I choose to exercise when I
want. I don't live by anyone elses rules and if I die at 65 instead of
75, then I am willing to take that risk. What I consider MUCH more
important to take the time and energy to do is learning to avoid living
in fear of everything. Live as stress free as possible. That is way
better than excercise for any kind of illness, in my opinion.

At the end of a dibetics life, circulation is
probably the main cause of the complications that set
in...so without exercise you are shortening my life
span. Please think again about exercise....

I don't do any regular excercise, and I pretty much eat what I want. I
was already cutting back on the sweets anyway, and I still don't do a
lot of them, but when I do, they don't bother me much unless I need to
do a parasite cleanse.. then my blood sugar will be around 110 or so in
the morning. But a day of cleansing, and it goes right back down. I do

Hi Steve and Karen,
I am type 2, diagnosed just over a year ago. I always have been pretty
sensitive to what my body feels like and so caught it before it got past
the early stages. My blood sugar was 185 on my first blood test.
Luckily, I found out about Dr. Clark's work about 4 months ago, so I
didn't ever get much past the point of being able to keep my blood sugar
around that point by watching what I ate and exercising, but it was
starting to creep upward a little by the end there. I didn't have to go
the insulin route (thank god!) and my blood sugar was down in the low to
mid 90's on a regular basis within a couple of weeks.
I do agree, the zapping is very helpful and I do it every other day. I
too have been seeing other modalities for doing similar work, and have
considered getting one of those Beck magnetic pulsurs to work on the
deeper levels of my torso. I know I have always loved the feel (not the
noise though!) of the big speakers when they had the bass up really
<!--more-->
high.. perhaps that is why, eh? And like you, I am curious to see if
the other frequencies modalities have a different level of effectiveness
too. I might invest in one of those as well. Can't hurt, eh? If I am
gonna spend money foolishly, might as well have my best possible health
as the reason! hahha
