ADA, Joslin (was new group)
Hello Linda,
<I’ve never seen anyone yet who followed the ADA guidelines and really was
able to control or REVERSE their diabetes.>
Linda you’re killing me this morning <roflmao> (rolling on the floor
laughing my butt off)……..
Suffice to say you’ve now "met" one… bet there are many, many others too.
I followed those "evil guidelines" <SSI> (SERIOUS sarcasm intended re: the
evil") zealously since Nixon was in office…
The ADA books, now those I have a serious problem with at almost every turn.
[Waaaaaaaaaaaay to much rah-rah cheerleading & Mr. Rodgers sunshine for my
tastes… but somebody must be buying em] However the ADA guidelines &
programs are very, very simple.
Want to try this one, see where we get??? I’m willing if you are…
(confident genuine smile)
<I don’t know about Joslin, so couldn’t comment on it.>
What would you like to know about them???
IMHO/E (in my humble opinion/experience) they are not THAT different from
the ADA, merely a particular ("name brand"???) group of doctor folks &
researchers based in many major cities; head quartered btw, out of the New
England Deaconess <sp.?> Hospital in Boston…
For anyone with serious complications they are THE folks to visit. Kidneys,
eyes, whatever the specific problem they are experts… never visited/used
their psychology/psychiatry department, but, if I had a serious problem
specific to my head space SPECIFIC to diabetes, I’d likely take the trip to
visit…
Wanna dance ???

Hello Jeff,
What medicines do you take for your diabetes?
