I use to weigh 105 thru high shool …I was tiny…Never had problems &
It wasnt until I weighed 190 & I started having all these problems ..I am
now working out 5 days a week & feel alot better.I want too win this time get
my weight off & keep it off..That is the only way to go.Do you know of a
vititmin to help curve the appetite.They tell me chromium….What do you
think????
After exercise, I get so hungry & I feel my sugars dive because I get the
jerks .I usually eat Peanut butter sandwich & bring it back up.My mom said
eat sweets.I said no!I am defeating the purpose.what you think?????

Why do you bring the sandwich back up? Do you test your sugars before and
after you exercise? I think you are suspossed to eat protein to help keep
blood sugar regulated during exercise. A low-carb diet will kill your
appetite.
