		<description>Hi,
It is a capsule Dietary supplement called Red Yeast Rice 600 mg.It comes
from the Health food store. It says it is a staple food of the traditional
chinese diet.Maybe,If their are some chinese on this list they can explain it
better to me.
My aunt heard it would lower cholestrol from a friend &#38; she could not
take the meds for it &#38; I cant either so I just started taking it but she has
had great cholestrol tests since she starting taking it daily..
My b.g. have been down some but not alot ..They run like 110 before I eat
.I think thats due to becoming an exercise freak.ha
It will lower it for sure......Thanks Deb=:)

		<description>Dear Debra,

I'm assuming I'm the right Linda? I know there are two of us here! I don't
think magnesium tablets are bad by themselves, but I'd also want to be sure
she's getting adequate calcium. I really like to keep the cal/mag situation
in balance - 2/1 in favor of calcium. What is she using them FOR
specifically? What does she think they are doing for her?

Hi,
What about magnesium tablets? My aunt is diabetic &#38; takes them daily &#38;
swears by them..But I have heard of other reports their bad on the
heart.......
