I have a pretty severe panic and anxiety disorder, which almost ruined my life and allthose around me. I have taken Zoloft for years and have lived a better life because of it. I tried natural remedies, but never saw any results. But, my neighbor took it and just got nastier and nastier, so the switced him to another one and he is fine.
