Friday, July 30th, 2004I use one of my Ayurvedic remedies to help with appetite suppression - its
ingredients are mostly unknown and unpronounceable to Westerners! But I
know a vitamin that CAUSES MASSIVE APPETITE PROBLEMS: The B complex
vitamins! And yet they are widely prescribed FOR diabetes.
Chromium is pretty much required for all diabetics, but only the GTF form
works. It’s one of my best sellers as a result, and I take it DAILY. You
can get it lots of places, but we need about 1000 mcg a day and I was lucky
to find it in 500 mcg tablets…almost all I’ve found commercially are just
200, so those you’d need 5 a day.
I am not so sure your SUGARS are diving after exercise: normally, this is
because of electrolyte or MINERAL depletion. Have you actually done a
reading to confirm it’s sugars? But thank God you aren’t listening to your
Mom! Sugar is NEVER the answer! Not for ANYONE!
