Sweet N Low

Sunday, June 20th, 2004

I’ll probably shock all of you by what I say now: I prefer stevia, as the
healthiest of the artificial sweeteners, but if we MUST use them, and there
are times we really DO have to, then I use saccharin, which is best known as
Sweet N Low.
I’ve studied this for 30 years, and NEVER believed the "bad rap" it had. I
recently came upon the following educational material about it:

Saccharin, the sugar substitute that gained notoriety in the late 1970s as a
substance that caused cancer has been taken off the official list of likely
carcinogens.

The Department of Health and Human Sciences announced the change in May in
the "Report on Carcinogens (9th Edition). Dr. Kenneth Older, Director of
the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and National
Toxicology Program said, "…. Studies now indicated that the rat bladder

Objective proof

Tuesday, June 15th, 2004

Yeah, there’s a lot of bull on the web, I agree, but I’ve been in the herbal and
alternative health fields for forty years, and MOST of the bull comes from the
DRUG COMPANIES or CHEMICAL COMPANIES.

I personally know and have worked with many people, as I stated yesterday, whose
symptoms of various nervous illnesses of all kinds DISAPPEARED within months of
discontinuing aspartame/nutrasweet/equal. Contact the FDA YOURSELF and find out
what their complaints are regarding this deadly chemical.

Then, if you choose to continue ingesting poison, it’s your funeral! I support
your right to do it.

The doctors and medical profession have TOTALLY failed us, no doubt of it. I
had a call yesterday from a customer in Las Vegas who had bought my blood sugar
regulator, Gourdin, for his father, who is 76 and in a nursing home. He was

Wow!

Tuesday, June 15th, 2004

Hey! I got used to this site being quiet, and here it’s taken me
about an hour to catch up.
-One thing that I have experience with in the ‘laxative’ catagory is
psyllium seed, ground. It’s the main ingredient in Metamusil, but
they add all this garbage to it to make it dissolve and
be ‘palatable’…NOT! You can get it at health food stores just
plain, and no, it won’t dissolve very well, and yes, the texture
takes some getting used to (slimy), but it doesn’t taste bad. I use
a rounded teaspoon into 8 oz.s of water or juice, stir like crazy
with a fork, then close my eyes and slug it down fast. Chase it with
at least another 8 oz. of water. Done daily, this provides many
benefits. It will gradually cleanse your bowels. Makes pooping a
breeze, makes my innerds feel peaceful and good….Be sure to drink
plenty of water, though. It can backfire and plug you up if you
don’t. It works for diahrrea as well. Sort of balances out one’s

Sea salt

Monday, June 14th, 2004

Dear Debra Jean,

Seasalt is chock full of that most precious of ingredients: MINERALS!!!
I’m sure I’ve made my point more than clear about how I feel there: they
gave me back MY LIFE!!!

I use seasalt from a large, reputable health food store, and it’s crystals.
I don’t use MUCH - ever - as I have long ago trained my taste buds to like
other things. In fact, I frequently feel almost nauseated eating out at
buffets (we have LOTS of buffets near where I live in Kissimmee, Florida (10
minutes from DisneyWorld!), and the veggies for the most part are in what
seems like BRINE to me! YUCK! A few years ago, I would not have noticed.

Also, as a diabetic, I have had to change my drinking habits as they relate
to soda. I used to LOVE root beer, but have never used diet sodas, being

Blood tests

Thursday, June 10th, 2004

The problem is they do NOT check for micro minerals, and having nearly DIED
of atrial fib induced by a deficiency in micro minerals, I think I’m fairly
well qualified to speak on that subject. I was desperately ill for 5
months, and on heavy heart meds, until I was introduced to micro (also
called TRACE) minerals. As God is my witness, within 12 hours after taking
my first dose of them the pain in my chest stopped, and within a week there
was no more sign of problem and I stopped the meds (which I’d been told I
would be on the rest of my life). I threw them away a month later. That
was 9 years ago. I have not missed my trace minerals even ONE DAY since,
and have not had any problems with atrial fib again. It was a terrifying
time, which included two major hospitalizations, one in Cardiac ICU, and
having my heart shocked. The change these minerals wrought was nothing
short of a miracle.

But they will not show up on a blood test.

Re: toxic list - to Jewell

Wednesday, June 9th, 2004

My god, Jewell, I don’t know where your head is, but there are those of us who
have dedicated our entire lives to helping others to get better… to call this
TOXIC is an abomination!

You’re right - I make a living helping transform lives, get people out of pain,
educate them to what may be wrong, and how to right it with natural, beautiful,
and affordable supplements. I teach them how to maneuver the wasteland of JUNK
out there. I’m damn proud of what I do, and you DARE call someone like me
TOXIC?

I am entitled to make a living. I could not and would not do anything else,
because I give so much free advice, day after day after day, that if I didn’t
pick and choose the very best products out there (not just fall for the claims
of some greedy MLM company and not KNOW anything about the market), and I HELP
PEOPLE. I give them hope. I help save lives, and I have truly been

Organic sodium; supplements

Monday, June 7th, 2004

Dear Mary J:

Yes, organic sodium IN MODERATION is no problem…like many stalks of celery
a day would be too much. SEASALT, also in moderation, is OK.

MINERAL deficiency is the CORE, the bedrock, of our nutritional wasteland in
North America. ALL of us are deficient in the 72 trace minerals that we
MUST have for optimum health and wellbeing.

And, sadly, the VAST MAJORITY of supplements are inferior. There’s a LOT to
tell behind that, but I know exactly what I am saying, and IT IS THE TRUTH.

I only work with a tiny minority of them, as a result. (But I save people a
lot of time and money in the process!)
