She's very wrong. There are several kinds of sea salt, and several
colors. You can buy sea salt out of the grocery store, and it is no better than
regular salt. I've purchased from The Grain &#38; Salt Society online, and been
very pleased. It not only has the sea salt for sale, but gives complete
information on it. You can find them at www.celtic-seasalt.com
I don't know anything about the cinnamon or butcher's broom.

You really seem to have done alot of studying on this subject.why do
they tell you it must be dark &#38; not the lite color. thats what I read
elsewhere..Ive never tried that.
They do make sugar free cookies...OOPS! but they contain
aspartame.....
