Organic sodium; supplements

Dear Mary J:

Yes, organic sodium IN MODERATION is no problem…like many stalks of celery
a day would be too much. SEASALT, also in moderation, is OK.

MINERAL deficiency is the CORE, the bedrock, of our nutritional wasteland in
North America. ALL of us are deficient in the 72 trace minerals that we
MUST have for optimum health and wellbeing.

And, sadly, the VAST MAJORITY of supplements are inferior. There’s a LOT to
tell behind that, but I know exactly what I am saying, and IT IS THE TRUTH.

I only work with a tiny minority of them, as a result. (But I save people a
lot of time and money in the process!)

ASK ME HOW TO PUT YOUR
BODY BACK IN BALANCE!

Dear Kady,

I have heard this hypothesis a few times. I believe with my whole heart
that diabetes is not a "disease" in the classic sense that some kind of
"bug" is attacking us! I am in the "SYNDROME X" school of thought! I am
more inclined to feel that TOO MUCH SODIUM is the culprit, as opposed to
TOO
LITTLE POTASSIUM, but I do know that sodium/potassium balance is CRITICAL.
Sodium enables micronutrients to ENTER our cell walls, potassium allows it
to be released. We MUST have this ebb and flow on a cellular level.

TRY IT, my friend!!!! I’d like to know what happens!
